We are looking for an experienced Revenue Operations Analyst to join our RevOps Team at ChannelEngine! ⭐ This team is responsible for driving revenue growth and operational efficiency by aligning and optimising the key functions that impact revenue: sales, partnerships, marketing, and customer success. The RevOps Team brings together data, technology, and processes to enable cross-functional collaboration, streamline workflows, and provide actionable insights to drive revenue at ChannelEngine 📈


What will you do as Senior Revenue Operations Analyst?

Reporting to the Revenue Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing strategic projects, such as business planning, and quota and compensation modeling, defining critical SaaS metrics and KPIs, supporting strategy development across multiple departments, and driving our annual operating plans, including facilitation of weekly Go-to-Market (GTM) meetings. Your role will be instrumental in forecasting future trends, creating dashboards, providing actionable insights, and contributing to key business decisions through statistical models and predictive analytics. Some key focus areas are GTM, competitor analysis and strategy development, vertical analysis (including margins and benchmarks), market analysis (channels, industries, and seasonality), and white spot analyses.

Job requirements

What makes you the ideal Senior Revenue Operations Analyst?

  • Bachelor’s degree or similar education in Business, Finance, or a related field,

  • 2+ years’ experience in a strategic revenue operations role, with a focus on driving revenue growth initiatives,

  • Strong understanding of key SaaS revenue metrics and experience in business planning,

  • Proficiency in statistical modeling and predictive analytics, including basic data manipulation and skills in SQL,

  • Proven abilities in managing strategic projects,

  • Experience with Hubspot, PowerBI, and other relevant tools used in revenue operations,

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills in English,

  • Currently living in the Netherlands, Ireland, or Germany.
