We are looking for a seasoned Head of Product with strong e-commerce experience to join us on our mission to connect global e-commerce 🎯 In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind our Product Team, instilling a culture of creativity and collaboration, contributing to our product vision, and developing, and executing a clear product strategy. What will you do as our Head of Product?

As our Head of Product, you’ll contribute to, and execute on, our product vision, as well as, develop and communicate a clear product strategy. You’ll manage, coach, and inspire our Product Managers and the other members of our Product Team, challenging them in making intelligent intentional choices about what problems to address and in what order, and ensuring that the focus is on outcomes, rather than output. 


Through your strong understanding of scale-up dynamics, you’ll advocate customer value and usability, while also safeguarding the feasibility of product roadmap execution. You’ll oversee the end-to-end product engineering process, from concept ideation, to launch, adoption, and improvement. Collaboration is key as you’ll work together with the Heads of Technology and Engineering to mature our engineering processes, coordinate cross-team dependencies, and encourage the delivery of high quality software ⭐


Job requirements

What makes you the ideal Head of Product?

  • 10+ years’ experience in product management, preferably in B2B software, within start-ups, scale-ups, or mid-sized companies,

  • 5+ years’ experience in coaching and leading a diverse (and distributed) product team,

  • Experience working in the e-commerce industry,

  • Proven success in managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle,

  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies, product management best practices, and software development processes,

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills in English, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams,

  • A positive team-player with a can-do attitude.
